- 30 percent advance payment upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40 percent upon completion of the mid-project review (end of Week 3).
- 30 percent upon delivery of the final report and completion of all training sessions.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Industrial Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., HBL Bank, Blue Area Branch, Pakistan Islamabad. Account No. 0045-2218-7734-9901.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Industrial Engineer shall have full access to all production areas, records, and personnel at the client's facility. The client agrees to provide a dedicated workspace, internet connectivity, and necessary safety equipment (PPE) during the engagement.
- All intellectual property, process maps, and reports generated during this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Any additional scope beyond what is outlined in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The Industrial Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary manufacturing data, trade secrets, and operational metrics of the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Industrial Engineer at the specified facility in Pakistan Islamabad.
