1. Scope of Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by ProIngeniería del Perú S.A.C. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Industrial Engineer specializing in operational optimization, process improvement, and supply chain management. All services described herein will be executed within the Peru Lima metropolitan area, specifically at the client's industrial facility located in the Lima Norte district. The Industrial Engineer assigned to this engagement holds a professional license from the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú and possesses over twelve (12) years of experience in manufacturing, mining support operations, and logistics within the Peru Lima industrial corridor.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Peru Lima.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of implementation phase, and 20% upon delivery of the final technical report and acceptance by the client.
- All services will be performed by a qualified Industrial Engineer registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú, Colegio Regional de Lima. The professional's license number will be provided upon contract execution.
- The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Peruvian labor regulations, occupational health and safety standards (Ley N° 29783), and the client's internal safety protocols at the Peru Lima facility.
- Travel and local transportation within the Lima metropolitan area are included in the quoted prices. Any travel outside the Lima metropolitan zone will be billed separately at cost.
- Confidentiality: All data, processes, and proprietary information accessed during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Peruvian data protection law (Ley N° 29733).
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with Peruvian civil and commercial law.
