1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from Apex Industrial Solutions, Inc.
2. All rates quoted are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of the Industrial Engineer's professional fees, tools, software licenses, and standard equipment. Specialized instrumentation or third-party software subscriptions will be billed separately upon prior written approval.
3. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the Service Contract; 30% upon completion of Phase 1 (Process Mapping & Workforce Planning); 30% upon final delivery of all reports and completion of the training program at the Philippines Manila site.
4. The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project shall be a licensed Professional Industrial Engineer (P.I.E.) registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines, holding a valid PRC license and a valid Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID.
5. All work shall be performed in compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (DOLE), and applicable local ordinances of the City of Taguig, Philippines Manila.
6. Confidentiality: All data, proprietary processes, and operational information accessed during the engagement in the Philippines Manila facility shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
7. Intellectual Property: All final reports, models, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full and final payment.
