- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal commercial proposal for the engagement of an Industrial Engineer to deliver the services described in Section 2. Acceptance of this document by the client shall constitute a binding agreement between both parties.
- The Industrial Engineer shall be fully compliant with all Qatari labor regulations, professional licensing requirements, and the Qatar Doha municipal and industrial zone operational guidelines throughout the engagement period.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 40% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the optimization plan and system implementation, and 20% upon final handover and acceptance of all deliverables.
- All intellectual property, reports, simulations, and documentation produced by the Industrial Engineer during the course of this engagement in Qatar Doha shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- The Industrial Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary processes, trade secrets, and operational data encountered at the Qatar Doha facility. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to site access.
