The Industrial Engineer assigned to this engagement will operate under the direct supervision of the client's Operations Directorate and will be responsible for the following deliverables:

• Develop and implement a lean manufacturing framework tailored to the specific operational constraints and regulatory requirements applicable to industrial operations in Russia Saint Petersburg.
• Design an optimized layout plan for the assembly and packaging areas, incorporating ergonomic assessments and material flow improvements.
• Prepare a detailed capacity planning model projecting production output for the next 24 months, factoring in seasonal demand fluctuations typical of the Saint Petersburg industrial market.
• Deliver a comprehensive Quality Control Integration Report, aligning existing inspection protocols with ISO 9001:2015 standards and Russian GOST regulatory requirements.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the assigned Industrial Engineer.
2. All services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Russian Union of Industrial Engineers and applicable federal regulations governing industrial operations in Russia Saint Petersburg.
3. The client agrees to provide the Industrial Engineer with full access to all relevant production areas, operational data, and personnel necessary to complete the scope of work. Failure to provide timely access may result in schedule extensions without additional cost to the contractor.
4. Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including but not limited to process maps, layout designs, capacity models, and training materials, shall become the sole property of Baltic Manufacturing Group JSC upon full payment of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
5. Confidentiality: The Industrial Engineer and all supporting personnel shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to commencement of work. All operational data, proprietary processes, and client information shall be treated as strictly confidential.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or sanctions-related disruptions affecting operations in Russia Saint Petersburg.
7. Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast for resolution.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer and acceptance for the Industrial Engineer services described herein, to be executed at the client's facility in Russia Saint Petersburg. This document, together with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and NDA, forms the complete contractual agreement between the parties.
