1. Scope of Work — Industrial Engineer Services in Senegal Dakar
This Quotation Estimate is issued by OptiFlow Engineering & Consulting SARL to provide comprehensive professional services for the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to be deployed at the client's manufacturing facility located in Senegal Dakar. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for process optimization, production line balancing, quality control system implementation, supply chain workflow analysis, and overall operational efficiency improvement across all plant operations in the Ngor Industrial Zone, Dakar.
The scope encompasses a minimum engagement period of twelve (12) months, with the Industrial Engineer working full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at the client's premises in Senegal Dakar. All deliverables, reports, and technical documentation produced by the Industrial Engineer shall be submitted in both French and English to comply with local regulatory requirements in Senegal.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Senegal Dakar.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the initial site assessment, and 30% upon final project delivery. All payments shall be made in XOF via bank transfer to the account of OptiFlow Engineering & Consulting SARL, Bank of Africa, Dakar, Senegal.
- The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project shall be a certified professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, or process engineering. The client reserves the right to request a replacement if performance is unsatisfactory, subject to a 14-day written notice.
- All intellectual property, reports, and technical documentation generated by the Industrial Engineer during the engagement period shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable labor laws, safety regulations, and professional codes of conduct in the Republic of Senegal. Working hours shall follow the standard Senegalese industrial schedule (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a one-hour lunch break).
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Senegal Dakar, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Industrial Engineer in Senegal Dakar. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal service agreement between the parties.
