This Quotation Estimate is issued by OptiFlow Industrial Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd in response to the formal request from Atlantic Manufacturing Group for the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to conduct a comprehensive operational efficiency review, process optimisation, and production line redesign at the client's manufacturing facility located in Milnerton, South Africa Cape Town. The services outlined below are tailored to the specific operational challenges identified during the initial site assessment conducted on 28 May 2025.

The appointed Industrial Engineer, Mr. Thabo Nkosi (BEng Industrial Engineering, MSc Operations Research, EITSA Registered), will lead a multidisciplinary team of three (3) junior engineers and two (2) data analysts over a period of twelve (12) weeks. The project will be executed in accordance with the South African National Standards (SANS) for industrial safety and the guidelines set forth by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).

All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is calculated at the current South African rate of 15% as per the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations applicable in South Africa Cape Town.

• 30% deposit (R 171,810.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
• 40% progress payment (R 229,080.00) due upon completion of Week 7 (end of line redesign phase).
• 30% final payment (R 171,810.00) due upon delivery of the final project report and acceptance by the client's Operations Director.
• All payments to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account details provided on the invoice. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the National Credit Act (NCA) of South Africa.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, or changes in the South African cost of living index.
• The Industrial Engineer and support team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (OHS Act 85 of 1993) while on the client's premises in Cape Town.
• The client shall provide safe access to all production areas, relevant as-built drawings, historical production data, and a dedicated project liaison officer for the duration of the engagement.
• All intellectual property, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. OptiFlow retains the right to reference the project (anonymised) in future marketing materials with prior written consent.
• Any scope changes or additional work requested by the client beyond the original specification will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and written approval before commencement.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Cape Town in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA).
• OptiFlow Industrial Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than R 5,000,000 and public liability insurance of R 2,000,000 throughout the project period.
