SCOPE OF WORK – INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER SERVICES IN SPAIN MADRID

This Quotation Estimate is issued by ProIngeniería Madrid S.L. to Grupo Industrial Ibérico S.A. for the provision of specialised Industrial Engineer consultancy and operational optimisation services to be carried out at the client's manufacturing facilities located in the Spain Madrid metropolitan area. The scope encompasses process engineering, production line redesign, quality system implementation, and workforce efficiency analysis in full compliance with Spanish industrial regulations and the European Union directives applicable to the Spain Madrid industrial zone.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in the Spain Madrid engineering services sector.
All services will be performed by qualified Industrial Engineer professionals registered with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid (COIIM). The lead engineer holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (Ingeniería Industrial) from a recognised Spanish university and a minimum of twelve years of experience in manufacturing environments within the Spain Madrid region.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of items 01–04, and 30% upon delivery of the final performance report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of ProIngeniería Madrid S.L. in Madrid, Spain.
The Industrial Engineer team will comply with all applicable Spanish and EU regulations, including but not limited to the Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Law (Ley 31/1995), GDPR (Reglamento UE 2016/679), and local Madrid city ordinances regarding industrial operations.
Travel and accommodation costs within the Spain Madrid metropolitan area are included in the quoted rates. Any travel outside the Madrid community (Comunidad de Madrid) will be billed separately at cost.
Intellectual property: All process maps, layout designs, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Industrial Engineer team retains the right to use anonymised data for internal benchmarking purposes.
Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in the Spain Madrid area, or industrial disputes.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The governing law for any dispute arising from this document shall be the laws of Spain, and the competent courts shall be those of Madrid, Spain.
