Payment shall be made in three instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract; 40% upon completion of the implementation phase (Item 03); and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final performance review report (Item 05). All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Industrial Consulting S.L. at Banco Santander, IBAN: ES91 0049 0001 5320 1234 5678. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
5. Terms and ConditionsThis Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing. The services described herein shall be performed by a qualified Industrial Engineer holding a degree in Industrial Engineering (Ingeniería Industrial) from an accredited Spanish university and possessing a minimum of ten years of professional experience in manufacturing operations within the Spain Valencia region. The client agrees to provide safe working conditions, access to all relevant production areas, and necessary documentation to facilitate the work of the Industrial Engineer. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia. The Industrial Engineer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data of the client throughout the engagement and for a period of two (2) years following its conclusion.
