• Process Analysis and Redesign: The Industrial Engineer will conduct a thorough time-and-motion study across all production lines, identify bottlenecks, and propose redesigned workflows to increase throughput by a minimum of 15% within the first quarter of engagement.
• Quality Control System Implementation: Development and deployment of a Statistical Process Control (SPC) framework aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring consistent product quality across all batches manufactured in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• Lean Manufacturing Assessment: A full value-stream mapping exercise to eliminate non-value-added activities, reduce lead times, and minimize inventory holding costs in line with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
