This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the accompanying Service Agreement. All pricing referenced in this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 7.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the full-time engagement of a senior Industrial Engineer (minimum 10 years of relevant experience in discrete and process manufacturing) to perform the following duties on behalf of the client in Switzerland Zurich:

• Process Analysis & Mapping: Conduct value-stream mapping, time-and-motion studies, and bottleneck identification across all production lines located in the Switzerland Zurich facility.
• Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Design and oversee the rollout of 5S, Kanban, Just-in-Time, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies to reduce waste and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Capacity Planning & Scheduling: Develop finite-capacity scheduling models and optimize workforce allocation to meet seasonal demand fluctuations specific to the Switzerland Zurich industrial corridor.
• Quality Systems Integration: Align production workflows with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 requirements, ensuring the Industrial Engineer's recommendations are fully compliant with Swiss and EU regulatory standards.
• Ergonomics & Workplace Safety: Perform workstation assessments in accordance with Swiss Occupational Safety and Health (SUVA) guidelines applicable in Switzerland Zurich.
• Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Facilitation: Lead monthly Kaizen events, train cross-functional teams, and establish a sustainable continuous-improvement culture.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, invoiced in arrears on the last working day of each calendar month. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Helvetia Process Consulting AG, Switzerland Zurich. A late-payment interest of 5% per annum (as stipulated under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations) shall apply to overdue amounts. The client may request a 2% early-payment discount if settlement is made within 10 days of the invoice date.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates are subject to revision.
• The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate is bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information of the client in Switzerland Zurich.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, in accordance with Swiss law.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns in Switzerland Zurich, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding 90 days.
