4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Industrial Engineer reserves the right to revise rates due to changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or operational costs in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables (Items 01–05), and 20% upon final acceptance of the engineering report and completion of training. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
4.3 Client Obligations: The client shall provide the Industrial Engineer with full access to all relevant facilities, production data, historical records, and personnel within the Tanzania Dar es Salaam site. A dedicated project liaison officer shall be assigned to facilitate day-to-day coordination.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All reports, designs, process maps, and documentation produced by the Industrial Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
