This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Apex Industrial Consulting Co., Ltd. to Thailand Bangkok Manufacturing Group in response to the client's request for a comprehensive engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to support operational optimization, process improvement, and production efficiency initiatives at the client's manufacturing facilities located in and around Thailand Bangkok. This document outlines the full scope of services, associated costs, payment terms, and conditions governing the proposed professional engagement.
The Industrial Engineer assigned under this Quotation Estimate will operate within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan industrial corridor and will deliver the following services:
- Process Mapping & Time Study: Conduct detailed time-and-motion studies across all production lines at the Thailand Bangkok facility to identify bottlenecks, eliminate non-value-added activities, and establish standard work procedures compliant with Thai industrial labor regulations.
- Production Line Balancing: Redesign and rebalance assembly lines to achieve a minimum 92% line efficiency, reducing cycle time variance by at least 15% within the first six months of engagement.
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies including 5S, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the Thailand Bangkok plant operations.
- Quality & Yield Improvement: Perform root-cause analysis on recurring defect patterns, implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems, and reduce overall scrap rate by a target of 20%.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account of Apex Industrial Consulting Co., Ltd. (Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Branch, Account No. 115-4-56789-0):
- Advance Payment (30%): THB 2,137,860 — Due within 10 business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Quarterly Milestone Payments (20% each): THB 1,425,240 per quarter — Due at the end of each calendar quarter (Q1: Sep 2025, Q2: Dec 2025, Q3: Mar 2026, Q4: Jun 2026), subject to satisfactory completion of deliverables as outlined in the project plan.
- Final Settlement (10%): THB 712,620 — Due within 15 business days of project completion and final acceptance by the client's Thailand Bangkok operations director.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Thai laws, including the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998), the Factory Act B.E. 2535 (1992), and all regulations issued by the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Labour in Thailand.
- All work products, reports, process documentation, and intellectual property generated during the engagement shall become the sole property of Thailand Bangkok Manufacturing Group upon full payment.
- Confidentiality: The Industrial Engineer and Apex Industrial Consulting Co., Ltd. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data of the client. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a supplementary quotation approved by both parties.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting the Thailand Bangkok region.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute in Bangkok, Thailand.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a definitive Service Agreement is executed.
