• Conducting a full value-stream mapping and time-motion study across all three production lines at the Sincan industrial zone facility in Turkey Ankara.
• Designing and implementing a lean manufacturing framework to reduce cycle times by a minimum of 18 percent within the first two quarters of engagement.
• Developing a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for all assembly and packaging stations.
• Performing capacity planning and workforce allocation analysis aligned with the client's projected 2025–2026 production targets.
• Implementing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program in coordination with the existing maintenance team.
• Providing monthly performance dashboards and a final comprehensive report upon project completion.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
2. The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project shall be a certified professional with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in manufacturing and logistics operations, holding a valid professional license recognized by the Turkish Chamber of Engineers (TMMOB) and the Ankara branch thereof.
3. Payment terms: 30 percent (30%) advance payment upon contract signing; 40 percent (40%) upon completion of the Lean Manufacturing Implementation phase; 30 percent (30%) upon delivery of the final project report. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Industrial Consulting Ltd. in Ankara, Turkey.
4. The client shall provide the Industrial Engineer with full access to all relevant production areas, data systems, and documentation at the Turkey Ankara facility during working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a one-hour lunch break).
5. Any change in scope beyond the deliverables listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to the total amount.
6. Confidentiality: The Industrial Engineer and Meridian Industrial Consulting Ltd. shall treat all client data, production figures, and proprietary information as strictly confidential in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698).
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the Ankara Courts and Arbitration Centers, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
