This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Industrial Consulting Ltd. to Yildiz Manufacturing Group A.S. in response to the client's formal request for a comprehensive Industrial Engineer engagement. The scope of work described herein covers the full spectrum of industrial engineering services to be delivered on-site and remotely within the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan area, specifically at the client's production facility located in the Atakoy Industrial Zone. This Quotation Estimate outlines all professional fees, travel allowances, material costs, and applicable taxes associated with the proposed Industrial Engineer services.
The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project will operate under the direct supervision of the client's Operations Director and will report weekly progress to the project steering committee. The following services constitute the complete scope of this Quotation Estimate:

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (USD 53,313.30) due within 10 business days of contract signature, prior to the commencement of the Industrial Engineer's on-site work in Turkey Istanbul.
- 40% milestone payment (USD 71,084.40) due upon completion of Items 1 through 4 and delivery of the interim progress report.
- 30% final payment (USD 53,313.30) due within 15 business days of acceptance of the final deliverables and completion of the 30-day post-implementation support period.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Industrial Consulting Ltd. at Ziraat Bankasi, Istanbul branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Turkish Commercial Code (TCK) Article 30.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The Industrial Engineer named in this Quotation Estimate (Eng. Selin Kaya) is the designated professional. Substitution requires prior written consent from the client.
- All intellectual property, process models, simulation files, and reports generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of Yildiz Manufacturing Group A.S. upon full payment.
- Meridian Industrial Consulting Ltd. shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 1,000,000 for the duration of the project in Turkey Istanbul.
- Confidentiality: All production data, trade secrets, and operational information accessed during the Industrial Engineer's engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics affecting the Turkey Istanbul region, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding commercial offer and, upon the client's written acceptance, shall form the basis of the service contract for the Industrial Engineer engagement in Turkey Istanbul.
