2. Scope of Work – Industrial Engineer Services

The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the client's premises in Uganda Kampala:

5. Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in the Uganda Kampala market, exchange rates, or operational costs.
2. The Industrial Engineer shall devote a minimum of 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to the project at the client's facility in Kampala, Uganda. Any additional hours beyond standard working hours shall be billed at 1.5 times the daily rate.
3. The client shall provide the Industrial Engineer with full access to all production areas, operational data, maintenance records, and relevant personnel at the Uganda Kampala facility.
4. All intellectual property, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full and final payment.
5. Either party may terminate this agreement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2000.
7. All amounts are exclusive of any applicable withholding tax, which shall be the responsibility of the client as per Uganda Revenue Authority regulations.
8. The Industrial Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of UGX 500,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
