This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Industrial Solutions LLC to provide comprehensive Industrial Engineer consulting and on-site services for Al Noor Manufacturing & Logistics Group FZE. The scope of work described herein covers the full spectrum of industrial engineering support required to optimize production workflows, reduce operational waste, and enhance overall facility efficiency at the client's manufacturing and logistics premises located in United Arab Emirates Dubai. All services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the UAE Federal Labour Law, Dubai Municipality regulations, and applicable industry standards including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of on-site fieldwork (Items 2.1 through 2.4), and 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final report (Item 2.6). All payments shall be made in AED via bank transfer to the account of Apex Industrial Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
3. The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, possess a valid UAE professional visa, and carry a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in manufacturing and logistics environments.
4. The client shall provide the Industrial Engineer with safe access to all relevant production areas, warehouse zones, and administrative offices at the Jebel Ali facility. The client is responsible for ensuring that all site access complies with Dubai Municipality and free-zone authority requirements.
5. All intellectual property, process data, and proprietary information generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Industrial Engineer and Apex Industrial Solutions LLC shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement, incorporating the terms herein, must be executed by both parties before any work begins. The governing law for this agreement shall be the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's election, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
7. Apex Industrial Solutions LLC shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the project. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the client upon request.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, natural disasters, or public-health emergencies as declared by the UAE government, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations for the duration of such event without penalty.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope of Industrial Engineer services, rates, and terms set forth in this document for the project to be executed in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
