• Process Mapping & Analysis: Comprehensive documentation and analysis of all existing production workflows, value streams, and material handling procedures across the facility located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• Production Line Balancing: Design and implementation of optimized line balancing strategies to reduce bottlenecks, minimize cycle time variance, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by a target of 15–22%.
• Work Measurement & Standard Time Development: Time-and-motion studies, predetermined motion time system (PMTS) application, and establishment of standard work instructions for all assembly and packaging stations.
• Facility Layout Optimization: Redesign of the factory floor layout in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City to improve material flow, reduce unnecessary transportation, and enhance worker ergonomics in compliance with Vietnamese labor safety regulations.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing and availability of the Industrial Engineer team are subject to revision.
2. The client agrees to provide the Industrial Engineer team with full access to all relevant production areas, data systems, and documentation at the facility in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City during the engagement period.
3. All intellectual property, process data, and proprietary information shared during the project shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties, as governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement.
4. Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Apex Industrial Consulting.

6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
