- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by MCS Afghanistan. Invoices will be issued at the commencement of the engagement and upon completion of each weekly cycle.
- The Journalist assigned to this contract shall operate exclusively within the boundaries of Afghanistan Kabul unless prior written authorization is granted by the client for travel to other provinces.
- All intellectual property rights in articles, photographs, and video content produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the Journalist's right to byline attribution.
- Security protocols specific to operating in Afghanistan Kabul shall be strictly adhered to. MCS Afghanistan shall provide an initial security briefing, and the Journalist shall maintain a 24-hour communication link with the client's security coordinator.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All modifications must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Afghanistan Kabul, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate and any sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.
