This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to our account at BNA (Banque Nationale d'Algérie), Branch Hydra, Algeria Algiers:
- 40% advance payment (292,264 DZD) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract.
- 40% interim payment (292,264 DZD) upon completion of 50% of the Journalist deliverables and delivery of the first batch of articles.
- 20% final payment (146,132 DZD) upon full delivery, client approval, and handover of all multimedia assets.
All invoices will be issued in accordance with Algerian fiscal regulations. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated by the Algerian Commercial Code.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to market fluctuations in Algeria Algiers.
- The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all provisions of the Algerian Press Law (Law 12-03 of 2012) and the Code of Ethics for Journalists in Algeria.
- All intellectual property rights to the final Journalist deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Our firm retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio.
