The scope encompasses the deployment of experienced, credentialed journalists who are well-versed in the local media landscape, regulatory environment, and cultural context of Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. All journalistic deliverables will adhere to the Press Council of Bangladesh guidelines and applicable media laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Bangladesh Dhaka media industry.
All Journalist personnel assigned under this engagement will be verified, credentialed professionals registered with the relevant press bodies in Bangladesh. The client reserves the right to request substitution of any journalist with equivalent qualifications.
Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply to outstanding balances.
All intellectual property rights in the final journalistic deliverables (articles, photographs, video content, research reports) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment, subject to the journalist's right of byline attribution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The service provider shall comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh, including the Press and Publications Act, the Digital Security Act (as amended), and the guidelines issued by the Press Council of Bangladesh.
Any work performed outside the defined scope of this Quotation Estimate, including assignments beyond the Dhaka metropolitan area or additional journalist days, will be billed separately at the rates specified herein or as mutually agreed in a supplementary agreement.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh.
The client acknowledges that the journalist's editorial independence is respected. While the client may request factual corrections, the journalist retains the right to refuse publication of content that is factually inaccurate or misleading.
All personal data collected during the engagement shall be handled in accordance with the Digital Security Act and applicable data protection norms in Bangladesh.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Journalist services in Bangladesh Dhaka and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract until a separate Service Agreement is duly executed.
