The Journalist engaged under this quotation shall be a registered member of the National Union of Journalists of Brazil (Sindjorio-RJ), holding a valid press card issued by the Federal Police of Brazil, and shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in investigative reporting, event coverage, and editorial production within the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro.
The assignment encompasses on-site reporting, interviews, photojournalism coordination, and the production of written and multimedia content for the client's designated publication or broadcast platform. All journalistic activities shall be conducted in full compliance with the Brazilian Press Law (Law No. 5,250 of 1967), the Brazilian Constitution's provisions on freedom of the press (Article 5, items IX and XIV), and the ethical code of the National Council of Journalism (Conselho Federal de Jornalismo).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Journalist services in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
2. The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain full professional independence in editorial judgment, subject only to the client's stated thematic guidelines and publication standards. No content shall be altered without the written consent of the Journalist, in accordance with Brazilian press ethics regulations.
3. Payment terms: 40% (forty percent) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon signing of the service contract; 40% (forty percent) shall be due upon delivery of 70% of the completed journalistic content; and the remaining 20% (twenty percent) shall be due upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Caribe Media & Communications Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta 67890-1.
4. The Journalist shall be provided with a safe working environment. In the event of force majeure, political unrest, or public safety incidents in Rio de Janeiro that prevent the Journalist from performing the assigned duties, the Quotation Estimate shall be adjusted proportionally, and no penalty shall apply to either party.
5. All intellectual property rights in the journalistic content produced under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment, except for the Journalist's right of attribution and the moral rights protected under Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610 of 1998).
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any journalistic activity in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
7. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
