- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Journalist are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Journalist's schedule. The remaining 50% balance is due within fourteen (14) days of final deliverable submission.
- All work performed by the Journalist under this engagement shall comply with the Canadian Press (CP) Code of Ethics and the standards set forth by the Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ).
- The Journalist retains the right to refuse assignments that conflict with established editorial independence or that would compromise journalistic integrity as defined under Canadian media law.
