The Journalist named in this Quotation Estimate holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago, and a Master's degree in International Media Studies from the Universidad de Chile. With over fourteen years of professional experience in the Chilean press, the Journalist has contributed to leading national publications including El Mercurio, La Tercera, and El Diario, as well as international outlets covering Latin American affairs. The Journalist is a registered member of the Colegio de Periodistas de Chile and adheres to the ethical code established by the Chilean Press Council (Consejo de la Prensa de Chile).

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Santiago, Chile.
• Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced in two equal monthly installments aligned with the project delivery schedule.
