- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Journalist services in China Beijing.
- The Journalist assigned under this agreement shall not be re-assigned or substituted without the prior written consent of the client. Any change in the Journalist personnel will be communicated at least fourteen (14) days in advance.
- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to written articles, photographs, video footage, and audio recordings produced by the Journalist during the engagement period in China Beijing, shall vest exclusively in the client upon full payment of the invoiced amounts.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly total shall be due within ten (10) business days of the invoice date, and the remaining 50% shall be due by the last working day of the service month. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Beijing Media Solutions Ltd. in China Beijing.
- The Journalist shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Press Law, the Cybersecurity Law, and local media ordinances in force in China Beijing.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and a supplementary Quotation Estimate approved by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting China Beijing, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in China Beijing in accordance with the rules of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
