- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia and the Colombian Peso exchange rate.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance. All payments shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to an account domiciled in Bogotá, Colombia.
- The Journalist retains full editorial independence in accordance with Colombian constitutional press freedom guarantees (Article 20 of the Colombian Constitution). The client may request factual corrections but may not dictate editorial opinion or suppress verified reporting.
