This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised quotation reflecting updated Journalist market rates in Egypt Alexandria.
All Journalist services will be performed in accordance with the Egyptian Press Law (Law No. 92 of 1996, as amended) and the ethical standards of the Egyptian Press Syndicate. The assigned Journalist holds a valid press card issued by the National Press Authority.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon final delivery and client approval of all Journalist-produced content. Payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the Alexandria Media & Press Services Ltd. account.
The Journalist shall deliver all written, photographic, and multimedia content within the timelines specified in the attached service schedule. Delays caused by force majeure, government restrictions, or client-requested revisions exceeding two rounds are excluded from the quoted timeline.
All intellectual property rights to the final published content shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for international travel, translation into languages other than Arabic and English, or printing and distribution services. Any additional services will be subject to a supplementary quotation.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Journalist service agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian civil and commercial law.
The client acknowledges that the Journalist operating in Egypt Alexandria may be subject to local press regulations, and the client agrees to cooperate in providing any necessary access credentials, letters of introduction, or institutional permissions required for on-site reporting.
