This Quotation Estimate is issued by Méditerranée Presse Services SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Journalist for editorial, reporting, and content production services to be carried out within the city of France Marseille and its surrounding metropolitan area. The Journalist will be deployed to cover, research, write, and produce editorial content for the Client within the geographic boundaries of France Marseille, including the 16 arrondissements, the port district (Vieux-Port), the Calanques National Park, the Euroméditerranée development zone, and the broader Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan region. Services include but are not limited to: on-site reporting, in-depth investigative journalism, feature writing, interview coordination, photojournalism coordination, press release drafting, and multimedia content production. All deliverables will be produced in French and/or English as specified by the Client.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the Journalist must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of all editorial content, and 20% upon final acceptance by the Client. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Méditerranée Presse Services SARL, Marseille, France.
- The Journalist retains full editorial independence in accordance with French press freedom laws. The Client may request revisions (up to two rounds) but may not dictate the factual content or suppress verified reporting.
- All work produced under this engagement in France Marseille shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if requested by the Client, provided it does not conflict with journalistic ethical obligations.
- Force majeure: In the event of strikes, public health emergencies, or municipal restrictions in France Marseille that prevent on-site work, timelines will be adjusted proportionally without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. A formal service agreement (Contrat de Prestation de Services) will be executed upon acceptance.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables transfer to the Client upon full payment, with the Journalist retaining the right to credit attribution.
