All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Euros (EUR) via bank transfer to the Journalist's designated account in France. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 40% interim payment due at the midpoint of the engagement period (approximately week 6 of a 12-week project).
• 30% final payment due within 15 calendar days of delivery of the final deliverables and written acceptance by the client.

Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French law (Article L441-10 of the Code de commerce), calculated from the due date until full settlement.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Journalist are subject to revision.
2. All journalistic content produced under this engagement remains the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of the final payment, the client shall receive a non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and publish the content.

4. All work shall be performed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). 5. The Journalist shall carry professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) valid throughout the duration of the engagement in France.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions in Paris, France, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
