The Journalist will be based in Germany Frankfurt and will deliver comprehensive editorial and reporting services covering regional news, business journalism, cultural commentary, and international affairs as they pertain to the Frankfurt metropolitan area and the broader Hesse region. The Journalist will operate in accordance with the German Press Code (Deutscher Presserat) and all applicable media regulations within Germany.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, rates and availability of the Journalist may be subject to revision.
• Payment is due within twenty-one (21) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of MediaBridge Communications GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, Bank: Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main.
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% (€16,762.34 incl. VAT) is required to confirm the Journalist's engagement and secure the schedule in Germany Frankfurt.
• Remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears, with the final settlement due within 14 days of the engagement period's conclusion on 31 December 2025.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard hourly rate of €120.00 per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
• All work produced by the Journalist under this agreement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, in compliance with German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz).
• The Journalist is engaged as a self-employed contractor and is not an employee of the client. Social security contributions, income tax, and professional liability insurance are the sole responsibility of the Journalist or MediaBridge Communications GmbH as the contracting entity.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
