- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Journalist services in Germany Munich will be required.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified by Bavaria Media Consulting GmbH. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under § 288 BGB.
- Scope Changes: Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and a revised cost estimate. The Journalist will not undertake extra assignments without prior written approval.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all editorial content, photographs, and multimedia materials produced by the Journalist shall transfer to the client.
