The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services within the boundaries of Ghana Accra, including but not limited to the Central, East, West, and Ga West Municipalities:

• On-Site Event Coverage: The Journalist shall attend and report on corporate events, product launches, press briefings, and public gatherings held in Ghana Accra, producing real-time written reports, photo captions, and social media updates.
• Feature and Long-Form Writing: Production of in-depth feature articles, profiles, and investigative pieces relevant to the client's industry or public interest, with a minimum of 1,500 words per piece, edited and fact-checked prior to delivery.
• Press Release Drafting and Distribution: The Journalist shall draft professional press releases and coordinate their distribution to major media outlets operating in Ghana Accra, including the Graphic, Daily Graphic, Citi FM, Joy FM, and Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.
• Interviews and Audio/Video Transcription: Conducting structured interviews with key stakeholders, transcribing recordings, and producing polished written summaries for the client's internal and external use.
• Ongoing Editorial Support: A dedicated Journalist shall be available on a retainer basis for ad-hoc writing assignments, copy editing, and media monitoring throughout the engagement period in Ghana Accra.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of Accra Media & Communications Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• Advance Payment (40%): GHS 49,496.00 due within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Mid-Project Payment (35%): GHS 43,309.00 due upon completion of the second month of the engagement period.
• Final Payment (25%): GHS 30,935.00 due upon delivery of all final deliverables and written acceptance by the client.

Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. The Journalist and support team shall not commence fieldwork in Ghana Accra until the advance payment has been received in full.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ghana Accra.
• All content produced by the Journalist shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to use anonymized excerpts for professional portfolio purposes.
• The Journalist shall adhere to the Ghana Press Council Code of Ethics and all applicable media laws of the Republic of Ghana.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Ghana Accra, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations during the affected period.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Greater Accra Region.
