Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in India Bangalore.
The assigned Journalist shall adhere to the ethical standards of the Press Council of India and shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, sources, and unpublished material.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of deliverables, and the remaining 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediaBridge Communications Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.
All services shall be executed within the geographical boundaries of India Bangalore (Bengaluru Urban and Rural districts) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel beyond these limits will be quoted separately.
The Journalist retains the right to editorial independence in reporting; however, all content produced under this engagement shall be subject to the client's approval before publication or distribution.
Any additional services, extended timelines, or scope changes beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written consent.
This engagement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
The Journalist shall carry adequate professional indemnity insurance for the duration of the assignment in India Bangalore.
Intellectual property rights for all deliverables shall vest with the client upon full and final payment, subject to the Journalist's right to use anonymized excerpts for portfolio purposes.
