A minimum of 12 field reporting days per month is included in this Quotation Estimate.
• Feature Writing & Long-Form Content: Production of four (4) in-depth feature articles per month, each ranging between 1,500 and 3,000 words, covering topics relevant to the client's industry sector. All content shall be researched, written, and edited by the assigned Journalist based in India Mumbai.
• Press Conference & Event Coverage: The Journalist shall attend and provide real-time written coverage for up to six (6) press conferences, product launches, or corporate events per month held within the India Mumbai metropolitan area.
• Editorial Consultation & Media Strategy: Weekly one-hour consultation sessions (via in-person meeting in India Mumbai or video conference) to advise the client on media positioning, narrative development, and public relations strategy.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
2. Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of MediaBridge Communications Pvt. Ltd., India Mumbai. A 50% advance is required to confirm the engagement of the Journalist.
3. All content produced by the Journalist under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. The Journalist retains the right to use anonymized excerpts for portfolio purposes.
4. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the standard rates applicable in India Mumbai for freelance journalistic work.
5. The Journalist shall adhere to the Press Council of India's Code of Ethics and all applicable Indian media laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Right to Privacy provisions under the Indian Constitution.
6. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting India Mumbai, either party may suspend services without penalty, and this Quotation Estimate shall be extended accordingly.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in India Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
