- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement confirmed after the expiry date of 15 July 2025 will require a revised quotation due to potential rate adjustments.
- All Journalist personnel will be deployed within the administrative boundaries of Indonesia Jakarta, including South Jakarta, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands (Kepulauan Seribu). Travel beyond these areas will be billed separately at a rate of IDR 150,000 per kilometer.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate as a deposit. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable within fourteen (14) business days following the final delivery of all Journalist work products.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-2345678-9, a/n Professional Media & Journalism Services, Jakarta, Indonesia.
- All intellectual property rights to the final Journalist deliverables (articles, photographs, video clips, and digital content) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Journalist retains the right to use the work for portfolio and professional reference purposes.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional Journalist assignments, or extended coverage in Indonesia Jakarta beyond the agreed duration must be approved in writing by both parties and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
- The client acknowledges that all Journalist staff are bound by professional ethics codes as outlined by the Indonesian Press Council (Dewan Pers) and the Code of Ethics of the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
