- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.

- Any changes to the scope of work, additional assignments, or extensions of the engagement period must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
