All deliverables will be produced in both Japanese and English to accommodate the client's international stakeholder base. The Journalist will be based at the client's designated office in the Chiyoda-ku district of Japan Tokyo and will travel to various locations across the 23 special wards as required by the editorial calendar.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Journalist are subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced in two equal installments: 30% at the midpoint of the engagement period and 30% upon final delivery of all Journalist work products.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Tokyo Media & Press Solutions K.K. at MUFG Bank, Roppongi Branch, Japan Tokyo. International wire transfers are accepted; any intermediary bank charges shall be borne by the client.
- Journalist Availability: The assigned Journalist is confirmed for the dates specified. Should the client require a change in schedule, a minimum of seven (7) business days' written notice is required. Rescheduling within seven days will incur a 15% administrative surcharge.
- Intellectual Property: All articles, photographs, video footage, and audio recordings produced by the Journalist during the engagement period shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to reference the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- Confidentiality: The Journalist shall adhere to a strict non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary information, unreleased data, and internal communications encountered during the engagement in Japan Tokyo.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those common to the Japan Tokyo region such as typhoons, seismic activity, or public health emergencies.
- Revisions: The Journalist shall provide up to three (3) rounds of editorial revisions per deliverable at no additional cost. Additional revisions will be billed at 25,000 JPY per hour.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Tokyo under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
