- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (MAD 32,256.00) is due upon acceptance of this document to confirm the Journalist's availability and secure the assignment schedule in Morocco Casablanca.
- The remaining 70% balance (MAD 75,264.00) shall be invoiced in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of the first reporting phase and 50% upon final delivery of all deliverables.
- All payments shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Media & Press Services SARL, Bank of Africa, Casablanca branch, IBAN: MA64 4002 1000 0123 4567 8901 2345.
- Invoices are payable within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Moroccan commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Journalist services in Morocco Casablanca are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Moroccan laws, including the Press Law (Law 88-13), the Data Protection Law (Law 09-08), and any local regulations specific to the Casablanca-Settat region.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (articles, photographs, transcripts, and press releases) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Quotation Estimate.
