The Journalist assigned to this project in Myanmar Yangon shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional reporting experience, a valid press card issued by the Myanmar Press Federation, and demonstrated fluency in both Burmese and English. The Journalist will adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the Myanmar Journalists Association and will comply with all applicable media regulations in force within Myanmar Yangon. The Journalist will maintain strict editorial independence while fulfilling the specific reporting objectives outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Journalist services in Myanmar Yangon are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the deliverables, and 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account specified by Golden Pagoda Media Services Co., Ltd.
- The Journalist will operate within the geographic boundaries of Myanmar Yangon as defined by the 14 townships of Yangon Region. Any travel beyond these boundaries will be quoted separately as a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- All content produced by the Journalist under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to use anonymized excerpts for professional portfolio purposes only.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional reporting days, or expanded coverage areas within Myanmar Yangon must be approved in writing by both parties before execution. Such changes will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- The Journalist is required to submit daily progress reports and weekly editorial summaries to the client's designated contact person throughout the engagement period in Myanmar Yangon.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Myanmar Yangon, either party may suspend or terminate this Quotation Estimate with fourteen (14) days written notice without penalty.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, matters shall be referred to the Yangon Regional Court in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. The Journalist engagement will commence only upon receipt of the advance payment and a signed service agreement.
