1. Scope of Journalist Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediaBridge Nepal Pvt. Ltd. to formally propose the engagement of a qualified and experienced Journalist for the client's media operations based in Nepal Kathmandu. The proposed Journalist will be responsible for producing high-quality investigative reports, feature stories, editorial commentary, and on-the-ground news coverage across the Kathmandu Valley. The Journalist will operate under the editorial guidance of the client's senior management while maintaining the professional standards expected of a seasoned media professional in the Nepali journalism landscape.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the proposed Journalist may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the third month, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the six-month engagement period.
- All payments shall be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account of MediaBridge Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch, Nepal.
- The Journalist engaged under this arrangement shall comply with the Nepal Press and Publications Act, 2059 (2003), the Electronic Media Act, 2073 (2016), and all applicable regulations of the Nepal Press Council.
- Any additional assignments beyond the quantities specified in Section 2 shall be billed separately at the unit rates stated herein, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- The Journalist shall maintain strict editorial independence and shall not be directed to publish content that violates the ethical code of the Nepal Press Council.
- Confidentiality: All source materials, unpublished drafts, and internal editorial discussions shall remain strictly confidential. The Journalist shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Kathmandu.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement in writing.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Nepal Kathmandu region (earthquakes, monsoon flooding), shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in temporary suspension of services without penalty.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1998).
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Journalist services in Nepal Kathmandu and agrees to the terms, rates, and conditions outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party to enter into a formal contract until a separate Service Agreement is executed.
