• Investigative Reporting: In-depth research and reporting on local government, business, environmental, and community matters specific to New Zealand Auckland. This includes access to Auckland Council records, local court proceedings, and community stakeholder interviews.
• News Coverage and Event Reporting: On-site coverage of press conferences, public meetings, cultural events, and civic ceremonies throughout New Zealand Auckland, with same-day or next-day publication turnaround.
• Editorial Content Production: Writing, editing, and fact-checking of long-form articles, opinion pieces, and feature stories for print, digital, and broadcast media outlets operating in the New Zealand Auckland market.
• Media Training and Advisory: Providing guidance to client representatives on media engagement, interview preparation, and public communication strategies aligned with New Zealand broadcasting and press standards.

The Journalist engagement under this Quotation Estimate is projected to span a period of twelve (12) weeks, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 29 September 2025. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the editorial calendar agreed upon with the client, with weekly progress reports submitted every Friday. The Journalist will be based in New Zealand Auckland for the duration of the engagement, ensuring immediate availability for breaking news and time-sensitive reporting opportunities within the region.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
• Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of project completion. All amounts are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of 15% GST as per New Zealand tax legislation.
• The Journalist shall adhere to the New Zealand Press Council's Code of Ethics, the Broadcasting Standards Authority guidelines, and all applicable New Zealand privacy and defamation laws.
