• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Nigeria Abuja.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% upon successful completion and delivery of all Journalist deliverables.
• The Journalist engaged under this arrangement shall operate in strict compliance with the Code of Conduct of the National Union of Journalists of Nigeria (NUJ) and all applicable media laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• All content produced by the Journalist shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. MediaBridge Communications Ltd. retains no editorial rights over the final published material.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing and approved by both parties before execution.
• The Journalist shall be available for a minimum of eight (8) working hours per day, Monday through Saturday, within the Nigeria Abuja operational zone, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• MediaBridge Communications Ltd. shall provide a replacement Journalist of equivalent or superior qualification within forty-eight (48) hours in the event of illness, emergency, or unavailability of the primary Journalist.
• All costs are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of all local taxes applicable in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria Abuja, unless otherwise stated.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Abuja.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Journalist services as described.
