Ltd., a registered media services firm headquartered in Pakistan Karachi, to formally outline the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the professional engagement of a qualified Journalist. This document serves as a binding financial proposal that the client may review, negotiate, and accept in order to commence the agreed-upon journalistic services. All figures presented herein are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in Section 7 of this Quotation Estimate.

The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the Pakistan Karachi metropolitan area and, where specified, in surrounding Sindh province locations:

• News Reporting and Field Coverage: The Journalist shall conduct on-ground reporting for a minimum of 120 working hours per month, covering political, economic, social, and cultural news events across Pakistan Karachi, including but not limited to press conferences, municipal council meetings, court proceedings, and community gatherings.
• Editorial Writing and Content Production: Production of a minimum of 20 long-form articles (1,500–3,000 words each) and 40 short news briefs (300–500 words each) per month, tailored to the client's publication or digital platform requirements.
• Interviews and Feature Stories: Conducting in-depth interviews with public figures, government officials, industry leaders, and community stakeholders in Pakistan Karachi, producing polished feature stories suitable for print and digital distribution.
• Media Consultancy and Training: Providing two (2) half-day workshops per month for the client's internal communications team on journalistic ethics, fact-checking methodologies, and responsible reporting standards aligned with the Press and Publications Ordinance of Pakistan.
• Photographic Documentation: Capturing high-resolution photographs to accompany written reports, with all images delivered in RAW and JPEG formats within 48 hours of the event.
• Monthly Editorial Review Meetings: Attending one (1) in-person or virtual editorial strategy meeting per month with the client's content team to align on upcoming coverage priorities and editorial calendars.

Amount in words: One Million Four Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Pakistani Rupees Only.

The Journalist proposed for this engagement holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from a recognized university in Pakistan Karachi, with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in print, broadcast, and digital media. The Journalist has previously contributed to leading Pakistani news outlets and has demonstrated expertise in investigative reporting, political analysis, and corporate communications. A detailed CV and portfolio of published work will be furnished to the client upon written request prior to contract execution.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal monthly installments of PKR 491,000 each, due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the end of each service month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediaBridge Communications Pvt. Ltd., National Bank of Pakistan, Karachi Main Branch, Account No. [XXXX-XXXX-XXXX]. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All written content, photographs, and reports shall be delivered to the client's designated email address no later than 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) on the agreed submission date. The Journalist shall adhere to the editorial calendar mutually agreed upon during the first editorial review meeting. Any revisions requested by the client shall be completed within 48 hours of the revision request.
