The Journalist assigned under this Quotation Estimate will operate exclusively within the Lima metropolitan region, including but not limited to the districts of Miraflores, San Isidro, Surco, La Molina, San Borja, and Callao. The Journalist will possess a minimum of eight (8) years of verified experience in investigative reporting, corporate communications, event coverage, and multilingual editorial production (Spanish and English). The professional Journalist will be registered with the Colegio de Periodistas del Perú and will comply with all ethical standards established by the Peruvian press code.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Journalist may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon final delivery of all Journalist deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andes Media Solutions S.A.C. at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP).
• The Journalist engaged under this agreement shall maintain full editorial independence while adhering to the client's brand guidelines and communication objectives. All content produced by the Journalist in Peru Lima shall be subject to a minimum of two (2) revision cycles at no additional cost.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties. The Journalist will not undertake any assignment outside the Lima metropolitan area without prior written authorization and an adjusted fee schedule.
• All intellectual property rights to content produced by the Journalist shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Journalist retains the right to use anonymized case studies for portfolio purposes.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorized representative of Andes Media Solutions S.A.C.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Peru Lima, political instability, or government-mandated shutdowns, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.

The Journalist assigned to this engagement holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and a Master's degree in International Journalism from the Universidad del Pacífico. The Journalist is a certified member of the Colegio de Periodistas del Perú (License No. CP-2019-4472) and has previously provided media services for multinational corporations, governmental agencies, and international NGOs operating in Peru Lima. All work performed by the Journalist will comply with the Peruvian Constitution (Article 2, Section 4), the Ley de Prensa, and the ethical code of the Inter-American Press Association (SIP).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Journalist in Peru Lima. This acceptance transforms the Quotation Estimate into a binding service agreement effective from the date of the final signature.
