- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by MediaBridge Communications & Consulting Inc. in the Philippines Manila.
- A 50% advance payment (PHP 678,720.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
- The remaining 50% balance (PHP 678,720.00) shall be paid in three equal monthly installments of PHP 226,240.00, due on the 5th business day of each month.
- All payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge on overdue balances.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market adjustments in the Philippines Manila media industry.
- The assigned Journalist must hold a valid Press Card issued by the Philippine Press Club or the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
- All intellectual property rights to published and unpublished work produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- The Journalist shall comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and all applicable media ethics codes in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
- Any changes to the scope of services must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
