The Journalist will be based in Qatar Doha and will operate in full compliance with the Qatar Press and Media Law (Law No. 1 of 2010) and all applicable regulations of the Qatar Media Regulatory Authority.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance. A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the engagement of the Journalist. The remaining 50% shall be due upon completion of the monthly service cycle.
- Working Hours: The Journalist shall operate on a standard schedule of 08:00 to 17:00 (Qatar Standard Time, UTC+3), Monday through Friday, in accordance with the Qatar Labour Law. Overtime or weekend assignments in Qatar Doha will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- Confidentiality: The Journalist shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All source materials, unpublished drafts, and internal communications shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
- Compliance: All journalistic activities conducted under this engagement shall strictly adhere to the Qatar Press and Media Law, the Qatar Media Regulatory Authority guidelines, and the ethical standards of the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ).
- Revisions: The client is entitled to two (2) rounds of editorial revisions per deliverable at no additional cost. Further revisions will be charged at QAR 350 per hour.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies in Qatar Doha.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, rates, and scope of work as outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a professional Journalist in Qatar Doha. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
