• 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by the Client. Upon written acceptance, it shall constitute a binding agreement between MediaBridge International Consulting LLC and the Client for the engagement of the specified Journalist services in Russia Moscow.
• 3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of the first six (6) working days of fieldwork, and the remaining 25% upon final delivery and client approval of all produced content. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the attached payment schedule.
• 3.3 The Journalist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Russian Federation media regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Law on Mass Media (No. 2124-1 of 27 December 1991) and any local Russia Moscow municipal press ordinances in effect during the engagement period.
• 3.4 All intellectual property rights to the final produced content shall transfer to the Client upon full and final payment. The Journalist retains the right to include the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent from the Client.
• 3.5 Any changes to the scope of work, additional reporting locations beyond central Russia Moscow, or extended timelines must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and shall be subject to revised pricing.
• 3.6 Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, public health restrictions, or regulatory changes affecting press operations in Russia Moscow, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
• 3.7 This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow under the rules of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
