The Journalist assigned to your project will hold a valid Saudi press card, possess a minimum of ten years of experience in Arabic and English-language reporting, and be fully versed in the cultural, economic, and social dynamics of the Jeddah metropolitan area. All deliverables will comply with the Saudi Press Law and the guidelines issued by the CMA for Saudi Arabia Jeddah-based media operations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Journalist services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first fifteen (15) days of Journalist fieldwork, and the remaining 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to our account at Al Rajhi Bank, Jeddah branch.
• All Journalist personnel engaged under this contract will hold valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and, where applicable, a Saudi press card issued by the CMA. MediaPro Communications Jeddah assumes full responsibility for the legal compliance of its Journalist staff operating within Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• The Journalist team will adhere to the Saudi Press Law, the CMA content guidelines, and all applicable municipal regulations in Jeddah. No content will be published or distributed without prior written approval from the client and compliance verification by our legal team.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate—such as extended Journalist assignments outside Jeddah, international correspondents, or specialized investigative reporting—will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
• Confidentiality: All information, source materials, and unpublished Journalist work product generated during the engagement in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall remain the exclusive property of the client. MediaPro Communications Jeddah shall not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without express written consent.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, public health emergencies, or restrictions on media operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The governing law for this engagement shall be the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah.
