Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- Advance Payment: 40% of the Grand Total (SAR 51,658) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- Mid-Project Payment: 35% of the Grand Total (SAR 45,201) due upon completion of the first ten (10) working days of Journalist engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Final Payment: 25% of the Grand Total (SAR 32,286) due upon final delivery of all editorial content and completion of the engagement period.
All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider. Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days from the due date shall incur a penalty of 2% per month, in compliance with commercial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity window, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in market rates, exchange considerations, or scope modifications will be issued. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and pricing as stated herein. The Journalist's engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh is contingent upon the client providing necessary access credentials, press credentials, and any required permits from the relevant Saudi authorities.
Important Notes:- All services will be performed in full compliance with the media and press regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the requirements of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) and the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST).
- The Journalist will adhere to the client's editorial guidelines and brand voice as established during the initial planning phase in Riyadh.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate supplementary estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and executed the formal Service Agreement.
