The Journalist will be responsible for conducting on-site reporting, interviews, and editorial production across multiple media formats including print, digital, radio, and television. All fieldwork will be conducted primarily in the Plateau, Almadies, Yoff, and Ngor districts of Senegal Dakar, with the possibility of extending coverage to the greater Dakar metropolitan area as agreed upon in writing by both parties.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and availability of the Journalist may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Senegal Dakar.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance payment of forty percent (40%) of the grand total is due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining sixty percent (60%) shall be payable in two equal installments: fifty percent (50%) at the midpoint of the engagement and fifty percent (50%) upon final delivery of all Journalist deliverables.

• Journalist Availability: The Journalist assigned to this project shall be available for a minimum of six (6) hours per working day, Monday through Saturday, in accordance with the labor regulations of the Republic of Senegal. • Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all editorial content, photographs, video recordings, and multimedia materials produced by the Journalist in Senegal Dakar shall become the exclusive property of the Client. The Journalist retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent from the Client.
• Compliance: All journalistic activities conducted under this quotation shall strictly adhere to the ethical standards of the Senegalese press, the Code of Ethics of the Syndicat des Journalistes du Sénégal (SJS), and all applicable laws of the Republic of Senegal.
